WINEMAKING Fruit is harvested at the optimum maturity level, before undergoing
a traditional vinification process. Once complete, between two and three weeks
maceration takes place. The majority (98%) of the blend is matured in tank to ensure
the fresh, fruit forward flavour profile is maintained. The remaining 2% is matured in
French oak to add a subtle layer of flavour to the finished blend.

Nose Elegant blackcurrant and plum with a
touch of oak.
Palate Classic yet approachable, the dark
fruit is complemented by delicate floral
notes and gentle spice. To finish, an enticing
hint of mint chocolate.
