Tasting Notes

This wine is very dry, delicate and youthful, pale yellow in color with greenish-gold highlights and reveals a floral and fruity bouquet, and has a marked hazelnut flavor. It is refreshing as an aperitif. It will also be a good partner for hors d'oeuvre, delicately flavored charcuteries, oysters, fish, snails and andouillettes.
