Brightly coloured, with a silver-gold tint at the rim. This wine is based on a parcel of grapes grown on the higher south-west-facing slopes of Preuses, and shows notes of just-baked buttery pastries. There's a richness to this wine, but it's kept in check by a great tension in its structure. It will be perfect with « haute cuisine » : fish in sauce, white meats and poultry in creamed sauce or even foie gras.
