Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with soft green tints, this is a lively Cava with an abundant mousse forming a slight crown. On the nose it is fresh, clean and pleasant, with aromatic fruit and floral notes. On the palate, a pleasant acidity is well-balanced, granting an exceptional softness and roundness. Perfect with seafood and shellfish, smoked dishes, light meats, and of course, as the perfect aperitif.
