Vénérable is the signature blend of the Groult domain. A blend of aged Calvados over 18 years, with finesse, balance, and aromatic persistence. Bright tawny in colour, fruity on the nose with a touch of vanilla and peppery spice. On the palate, white pear with smoky notes.
