To celebrate World Vegetarian Day on October 1st, Atmosphere Kanifushi will be hosting a Michelin-starred Guest Chef at their Just Veg restaurant.
Fabrizio Marino comes from the Michelin-starred Joia restaurant in Milan, and has created an exclusive 7 course vegetarian menu for Atmosphere Kanifushi, to be paired with a selection of wines from Di-Vine Cellars.
Just Veg is the Maldives’ only purely vegetarian restaurant, and forms part of Atmosphere Kanifushi’s Premium All Inclusive plan – Platinum Plus. The aim is to redefine modern vegetarian cuisine by experimenting with unusual and exotic flavour combinations. Fabrizio shares this vision – offering a new and unique journey through the surprising world of contemporary vegetarian food.
